I enjoyed helping out KCF at the Valentine’s Dinner. I had the privilege of serving the food to the visitors, and hurrying back and forth from the kitchen filling water pitchers. The music was relaxing and the entertainment was very well done. The people had their dinner and listened to a speaker while we cleaned the tables and a little while after the speaker was finished, we served the dessert. I admit, there were some stressful points where we thought we might run out of food but we got through the night without spilling or splattering anything on the ground. If you asked my, it was a fun, thrilling, and over all enjoyable night for everyone.
